ROTATION GRAPPLES:

DymaxRail Rotation Grapples are available in multiple configurations and designed to provide long lasting durability. From multi-application grapples for sorting rip rap and demolition materials to specialized railway axle grapples, logging grapples and railway tie grapples. Available with integrated 360 degree rotational systems or can be adapted to fit tiltrotator coupler systems. Multi-Application Rotation Grapple:

Dymax Multi-Application Rotation Grapples feature 2 over 3 tine construction. Quickly grab, sort and load railties, riprap, brush, logs or trash in railway applications.

Tie Bundle Grapple:

Handle railway tie bundles with Dymax Tie bundle grapple. Available with integrated 360 degree rotation or can be adapted to tiltrotator coupler systems.

HD Tie Crane Slide Grapple:

Handle 1 or 2 railway ties at a time. Quickly adapt to tie cranes, excavators or backhoe loaders. Available for fitting tiltrotator couplers or can be integrated with 360 rotator. Specialized designs available upon request.

Logging Style Grapple:

Dymax Logging Style Grapples are ideal for sorting and clearing logs, brush, railties or other materials in railway maintenance applications.

Hydraulic Requirements

Dymax Railcar Couplers require a single two-way control circuit to operate the Hydraulic Latch. Hydraulic slide models are provided with a electro-hydraulic valve kit to control the slide.

CIR1 = Primary Circuit – The primary function of the work tool attachment
