The Dymax Rail Rider 6TX is a blade mounted railgear kit that fits 5 and 6 ton hydraulic excavators and easily attaches to existing blade groups with no cutting or welding required. Easily attached to factory blade groups the Rail Rider 6TX gives operators a guide as they drive forward on the rail line using the rubber tracks. Ideal for bridge maintenance and other railway applications.
RAIL RIDER 6 TON EXCAVATOR – ADAPT AND GO!
Unique design requires no welding or machine modifications and helps guide smaller rubber track excavators on rail to perform track maintenance work. When you’re done with it you can unbolt and simply stow or leave on the excavator.
RETRACTABLE RAILGEAR:
Retractable rail wheels allow operators to raise up for using dozer blade. Operators simply use the blade lift circuit to raise and lower the rail wheels. Simple. Fast. Easy. It’s high rail simplified at it’s best.
