BALLAST TAMPER FOR EXCAVATORS AND BACKHOE LOADERS:

The Dymax Rail Ballast Tamper delivers high compaction force and vibration frequency. Ideal for spot track tamping, the Dymax Ballast tamper helps rail networks, transits, railway contractors stabilize tracks in areas such as bridge approachments, switch points, railyard applications, track sidings and mainline track supporting undercutting, cribbing and re-surfacing operations.

Dymax Rail Ballast Tampers quickly attach to hydraulic excavators, hi-rail grapple trucks and backhoe loaders. Available to work with pin grab coupler systems or can be paired with tiltrotator coupler systems. Models for fitting pin grab couplers are available with 180 or 360 degree rotation. Ballast Tamper 180 OR 360 rotate

Dymax Rail Ballast Tamper features specialized valve technology and features Dymax Rail engineered vibration systems that deliver up to 60 HZ tamping frequency. Available with 180 or 360 degree positioning. Features 12T compaction force improving the interlocking mechanics of the ballast rock. Twin Workhead Ballast Tamper:

The Dymax Rail Twin Ballast Tamper uses twin workheads fastened to an intermediate frame allowing operators to tamp a full railtie or sleeper in seconds. The unique design allows operators to also setup as a single tamper by attaching the rotator system to one of the workheads through the Dymax bolt 303 interface.

Modular Design and adaptable:

Dymax Rail Ballast Tampers feature integrated Dymax Bolt 303 interface and can be made to fit tiltrotator coupler systems or adapted to a variety of machinery. Dymax Rail designed vibration system delivers high performance and long lasting durability.

Dymax Rail products require multi-circuit hydraulics. Your machine needs to meet the following requirements for proper operation of the Dymax Rail Work Tool Attachment listed.

CIR1 = Primary Circuit – The primary function of the work tool attachment

CIR2 = Secondary Circuit – The secondary function of the work tool attachment

CIR3 = Third Circuit – Dymax Rail provided electro-hydrauilc control group with valve integrated to the work tool attachment.
